Order Cancellation Policy

At Florence County Mattress Brokers, we understand that plans can change. We strive to process orders efficiently, but we are happy to assist you with cancellations or modifications whenever possible. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations and address corrections.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please email us immediately at support@florencecountymattressbrokers.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be possible, as our team begins processing and preparing items for shipment promptly.

2. Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you must wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return.

  • We offer free returns on all eligible orders, including returns due to a change of mind. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and no return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved (before shipping), a full refund will be issued immediately.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@florencecountymattressbrokers.com immediately.

  • If the order has not shipped: We can update the address for you without canceling the order.

  • If the order has already shipped: We cannot change the address or cancel the order. You may need to contact the carrier directly once the tracking information is available.
